My cousin, Chrissy, moved to Southern California last fall to start a new chapter on the West Coast. We love having her out here, she’s like a sister to me and we have so much in common; especially when it comes to shopping! Chrissy lives in Hollywood, but visits us in San Clemente every couple of weeks. We make the usual rounds at our local boutiques in town in hopes of scoring some new fashions. This past weekend she surprised me with a belated “Mimi’s Day” gift…. a fun top that she found at one of her favorite boutiques in LA! Chrissy and I always keep each other in mind when shopping (texting links, photos, websites)… and I am particularly fond of this funky new number she found for me!

Pillows

I have been a big fan of Room Service Store for a long time now, and when their pillows popped up for sale on One Kings Lane I jumped on them! We were planning on purchasing new pillows for a while now, but they get expensive and we have kids… I would lose my mind if $100+ pillow got destroyed, but $38 wouldn’t be quite as devastating. The pillows don’t have down inserts, but I will replace when the time comes. I love mixing up the prints, and they really brighten up our family room.
